Boningale Limited Group has announced a series of senior internal promotions across its marketing and sales leadership, reinforcing its long-term growth strategy and commitment to developing talent from within the business.
The appointments include Thomas Stabler as Head of Group Marketing, James Oldham as Head of Sales at Boningale Nurseries, and Ryan Simpson as Head of Sales at Viridis Plants.

Thomas Stabler’s promotion recognises more than two decades of experience within the Group and his role in building and leading a marketing function that supports multiple brands across the horticulture sector. With expertise spanning brand strategy, market research, communications, campaigns and events, he will now oversee group-wide marketing activity, focusing on consistency, clarity and commercial alignment. Thomas holds a degree in Business Management and has recently completed a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification.
At Boningale Nurseries, James Oldham steps into the role of Head of Sales following a career built across purchasing, sales and customer management. Known for his practical knowledge of plants and supply chain realities, James has played a key role in strengthening customer relationships and improving collaboration between sales, production and logistics. His focus will be on service, clear communication and helping customers plan with greater certainty.
Ryan Simpson’s promotion to Head of Sales at Viridis Plants further strengthens the brand’s support for garden designers and domestic landscapers. With experience across retail and commercial horticulture, Ryan brings strong knowledge of plant production, biosecurity and large-scale plant supply. Since joining Viridis, he has helped align sales activity more closely with production planning while maintaining the brand’s focus on quality and reliability.
